    With all the less than avorable reports of customer service
from NewTek, I thought it would be appropriate for me to mention
that I received a personal reply from Brad Peebler at NewTek
regarding my Raptor Downgrade post.  Frankly, I was shocked.  After
I got over the shock, I was gratified he took the time to reply.
    THANKS BRAD!
    For those following the problem, the substance of the
message was to apologize for the confusion, and provide assurance
that the problem was being addressed, and should "be rectified
before the 4.1
release and/or the LW 4.0 Amiga release."
